what do you think this is for?

wasn't really sure where to post this .
well i have noticed billy do it twice now.

what it is, is that he will lift his foot up, then it will shake like mad as if he isnt controlling it, so he grabs it with his beak to stop it from happening.

just wondering if any one else has witnessed it ? and is it normal?

he is fine, currently sneaking up and jumping on a newspaper to attack it

i am sure i read something like this that can be common in a different species of parrot, was it Amazon maybe?

me neither, sure he's not just doing it on purpose?...some type of body language thing?

i looked but couldn't find anything.

he only did it that one day (twice) i have been watching him closely since and has not done it again.
so..... there is a good chance it was nothing

pete jasper's been doing this for a while now.it seems to be when he wants to come out of his cage,especially if i'm making him wait longer than normal
